The 3 Finger Joe is the slightly bigger brother to the Bow Legged Joe model. The cleaver-like blade shape of the Joes, coupled with the short arched handle, doesn't look the part of an every day carry knife...but looks can be deceiving. The super sharp point, a flat blade and swept back handle make it as good at chopping vegetables as it does opening packages. You'll love using this little guy for everything...and enjoy a nice grin every time someone asks "what the hell is that?"
