The Fiddleback Forge Nessmuk is Andy Roy's vision for what the classic Nessmuk design should be...and it's fantastic, while still remaining true to the classic that inspired it. Andy's has a bit of finger protection and a thumb ramp on the spine. These features distinguish the model and protect the hand. George Washington Sears had a good idea, but he wasn't a knife maker. These additions add a lot to the design.
