This is Carley's take on the classic bushcraft knife used by George Washington Sears who wrote under the pseudonym Nessmuk. The knife was a general camp duty knife for carving wood, cleaning game, eating and anything a belt knife was meant to do. It was thin bladed and lightweight and was teamed up with a small lightweight hatchet and a folding knife. This trifecta is called the Nessmuk trio and is a staple in the bushcrafting community. Carley knocked it out of the park with this design. It screams Nessmuk, and she's got a functional tool as well.
