The Acadiana Cheese Knife has a bit of a silly name. Its not a silly knife. The name harkens to Andy's homeland of South Central Louisiana. The area is affectionately called Acadiana by the Cajuns. This knife is a bit bushcraft, a bit bad boy. It sports a harpoon tip configuration that adds a bit of the dastardly to the otherwise EDC sized carry knife. Andy carries one daily. Its a very handy size and easy to carry. Sexy too.
