The Fiddleback Forge Kitchen Cleaver is a re-design of the old Bushcraft Hatchet which was not designed for kitchen use and did not have proper hand clearance. This one is much more kitchen suitable. Steak, chicken and pork beware. This one is made to get through the tough parts.
